1. The hardness is different; Acrylic is brittle and easy to break,. PC board can't be broken or crushed. 2. The light transmittance is different; Both of them are transparent plastics. In the case of the same thickness and the same raw material particles, the transmittance of acrylic plate is 2-3% higher than that of PC, which is close to 90%. It is not easy to distinguish by naked eyes. 3. The heat resistance is different; Acrylic board is easy to soften when it reaches 70 degrees, while PC is 120 degrees, so PC is more heat-resistant and widely used in working temperature. 4. The strength is different; In the same thickness, the impact strength of PC is 30-50 times of that of acrylic plate. From 6mm, PC thick plate is bulletproof material, and 3mm PC plate can't be broken by ordinary adults with a hammer. 5. The materials are different; PC board belongs to environmental protection plastic, but acrylic board is not environmental protection material because some physical properties are not up to standard.
